AT Map 002 (NOBO): On this map the Appalachian Trail crosses Coopers Gap Road at the Cooper Gap Parking Area. The trail passes the Gooch Mountain Shelter near Blackwell Creek and over Highway 60 before heading northeast towards Big Cellar Mountain and Granny Top.
